After working long hours, seven days a week with excess travel, Damian experienced severe health issues which led to burnout, to the point where he couldn't even lift his head from the pillow.
"I got caught up on the treadmill trying to out-hustle and out-maneuver people, and as a consequence, I ended up in the hospital."
Throughout his career, he's worked in many training and mentoring positions as well as Change Management. Damian is now a Human Engineer at Rebuilding Burnout.
