Meet the Founders

 

Our Founders, Pam Caldwell and Georgie Hubbard, met in 2014 whilst working in the IT recruitment sector. In 2018 they decided to start their own company CH Talent Solutions, which they have been building together ever since. Over the past 5 years, CH Talent Solutions has helped over 250 people successfully transition careers.

Recruiting in the tech industry over the past decade, they have seen first-hand the lack of diversity and inclusion, which is why in 2022, they founded Sisterhood Club. 

Pam and Georgie believe that a career in technology is a fantastic opportunity for women and will provide them with the necessary skills to future-proof their careers.
